How to Use Your 5 Senses NOW To Create More Abundance

Tuning into the highest ones of love, light and wisdom. What is in the highest and best interest for all concerned to communicate today for Wisdom Wednesday? Create the life you desire NOW. Do not wait until X happens (whatever X may be). No! Each choice you make in this moment creates your future moments. Start NOW, this very minute. Decide what you’d like to have happen right now. What would you like your life to feel like right now? How would you like to spend your time right now? Who would you like to spend time with now? How would you like the quality of your relationships to be right now? There is no tomorrow. There is no past. There is only now. Decided this very moment what you’d like to be experiencing and who you’d like to be experiencing it with. Feel it viscerally. Smell it. Taste it. See it. Hear it. Right now imagine what it would feel like, as if it were happening right now. Get as many of your senses involved in this exercise as is possible. The more emotional and visceral your imagining, the quicker it will come. For example, let’s say you are in the middle of a business deal that you’d like to benefit from. Rather than focusing on the details of the deal (specific people, places, events, and pieces required), instead focus on how you will FEEL once you are experiencing the BENEFIT you’d like to have happen. Imagine you are already experiencing the benefit you are hoping will be the result of this deal. In this moment NOW, feel what it would be like if you were already experiencing the benefit or outcome you’d like to have happen. Are you jumping up and down (physical)? Are you clinking your glasses in a toast (taste & sound)? Who are you toasting with? Are you: in an office, in a home, in a garden, on a boat, in the sunlight (smell & sensation)? What colours or images do you see where you are (sight)? Are you high-fiving or hugging anyone (touch)? What are you saying to each other (sound)? How do you feel (emotion)? Engage your senses fully and BE in this state for as long as it takes to have it feel real NOW. For some this may take a few minutes, for others it may take 15-30 minutes. Give yourself time to BE in this state. We will have an accompanying meditation for you to practice. Bring this practice into your every moment. If you are in the middle of difficultly, stop what you are doing and take a moment to feel and BE in a state of mind and feeling you’d like to be in. If in the moment, you’d like to feel more peaceful, then stop what you are doing and take a moment to imagine yourself in a state of peace. Three Things to Ease Your 2013 Journey and Increase Abundance

When I left work it was beautiful, blue, clear skies. Then I drove to one of my favourite oceanfront lookout spots and the closer and closer I got, the more and more I descended into fog. As I sit writing, I am literally enveloped in fog! Visibility is about 250 feet. I’m thinking to myself, “Hmmm… this is interesting. I am just about to write for Wisdom Wednesday and here I sit surrounded by very thick fog! Is there a meaning to this, other than the weather?” It has me wondering if you are feeling foggy. Are you feeling like you have no idea which way to go because you can’t see a bloody thing!? Do you feel like you are surrounded by fog, leaving you at a standstill? As I sit, I intend to connect to Mother Earth, Father Sky, and the highest ones of love, light, and wisdom. I verbally ask, “What is in the highest and best interest for all concerned to convey for this week’s Wisdom Wednesday?” Welcome to the transition period called 2013! This is an energy of change. An energy of change. An energy of change! Just when you think you know what is going on… BOOM, another change. Dear ones, you are “finishing” many things on your side of the veil, in preparation for the other side of the bridge. What bridge you might ask? The bridge that divides the current energies from those higher frequencies the collective of humanity is creating. The bridge that the old energies cannot cross, and are raging against, sometimes right in your face. Raging to cling to their domain; they are used to running the show and this is all rapidly changing. You need to prepare yourself for some very bumpy rides indeed. So what and how can you do this, you ask? First, make room in your life to just BE. And when we say BE, we mean don’t “do” anything. We mean create space in your life such that you unplug from your TVs, your Internet, your electronics, your radio, your friends, your community, and even your loved ones. Unplug from everything and everyone. Time and space for you to BE AT ONE with yourself. Time and space where the only input comes from you, your higher self, the greater part of you. Away from the influences from others and all the 3D energies and thoughts. If it is helpful, pretend that you have a golden bubble around you and all 3D energies bounce off the golden bubble that surrounds you. Inside your golden bubble, you have peace, tranquility, and love. And you are in “no time.” Second, create space each week for your inner child to play. Make a date with your inner child and honour this commitment. Decide, in the moment, what your inner child would like to do or be during this special play time. The sky’s the limit. 15 Minutes to More Abundance

Monday was Thanksgiving for some of you! There are many things to be grateful for this week. So connecting to Mother Earth, Father Sky, and the highest ones of love, light, and wisdom. What is in the highest and best interest for all concerned to convey for this week’s Wisdom Wednesday? Gratitude and thanks. These are key to your abundance. We speak of this in very concrete terms. Literally each time you think or speak words of gratitude and thanks, you are attracting more abundance to yourself, more of what you’d like. Gratitude and abundance come from a place of openness and an open heart, with hands held out–perhaps even in prayer position! This is more powerful than you can imagine, especially as we move forward. What you’d like to manifest will come into the physical world quicker and quicker with less “obstruction.” Simply say, “Thank you, I am grateful for ___” or say, “Thank you for ____ being in my life.” Yes, speak the words for your ears to hear. Write the words for your mind to store. Make up a song if that will help you to remember to speak and feel these words each and every day. The more you are in the habit of speaking and feeling gratitude, the quicker and quicker what you’d like to have happen in your life will physicalize. Moving from idea and thought into the realm of the physical Earth plane. Storms continue to rage. Your ability to thrive depends on you taking responsibility for more and more aspects of your life, including your finances. The more you take responsibility, the more you will reap the abundance you desire. First thought, then feeling, then speaking and imagining that you already have the situation you desire. Start will something you consider to be “small”, concrete, and realistic to manifest. Then pick something slightly “bigger” and manifest that. Each time you do this, your “manifestation muscle” will get stronger and stronger. You will increase your self-trust, more and more. This does not need to remain in the realm of the “woo woo”. No, this can be very practical and become part of your daily routine. Another suggestion. When you wake up in the morning, before you get up, before your alarm goes off, before you “start” your regular day, take 15 minutes and intend to be connected to the highest ones of love, light, and wisdom. Get quiet. Listen and then feel what you’d like your day to be like. Yes, FEEL what you’d like your day to be like. Pretend you are moving through your day and how would you like it to FEEL? Imagine feeling your whole day. Imagine doing the things you’d like to do that day, in a way that brings you gratitude and thanks and anything else you’d like to feel.
